How to upgrade your subscription
Switch to a higher tier through the Pricing page or My Account.
Upgrading is instant. You get the higher tier's credits immediately, and we prorate the difference against your existing billing cycle.
From the Pricing page
Visit Pricing and click Choose plan on the tier you want. If you don't have an active subscription, Stripe Checkout opens. If you already do, we route you straight to the Stripe billing portal where you can swap tiers.
From My Account
Open My Account → Subscription section → Manage subscription. The Stripe customer portal opens, where you can switch tiers, change billing frequency (monthly ↔ yearly), or update your payment method.
Proration explained
If you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe charges the difference for the remaining days of the current period and credits any unused portion of the old tier. The next full bill is at the new tier's price.
Credits arrive immediately
Once the upgrade is processed, your monthly credit allotment increases on the spot. Any unused PAYG credits stay; new tier credits stack on top.
