Can't sign in or password reset isn't working
Common sign-in issues and the fastest paths to resolve them.
Most sign-in problems are one of: wrong password, OAuth conflict, or unconfirmed email. Quick checks before contacting support.
Did you sign up with Google?
If yes, you don't have a password. You need to click Continue with Google. Trying to use a password fails because there isn't one. If you're not sure, try Google first.
Reset your password
Use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page. We send a reset link to your account email. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up. Links expire in 1 hour.
Reset email not arriving
Check spam, then check that you typed the right email (typos happen). If nothing arrives, contact support. We can manually trigger a reset and verify your email is good.
Two accounts with the same email?
You may have signed up with Google AND with email/password using the same address. If both fail, contact support. We'll merge or remove the duplicate.
