Large export email never arrived

When the "we'll email you when ready" message fires but no email shows up.

Give it a moment

Email exports queue server-side and arrive within a couple of minutes for typical sizes. Very large exports (several thousand rows) take longer, so wait a bit before assuming something failed.

Check spam folder

The email comes from no-reply@alttextstudio.com. Some spam filters quarantine no-reply addresses by default. Mark it as Not spam so future exports land in your inbox.

Check the recipient email you typed

The email export panel pre-fills your account email but you can change it. If you typed a different address, that's where it went. Re-run the export with the correct recipient.

Re-trigger the export

Go back to My Library, reselect the rows, and click Email File again. We don't deduplicate, so a new export creates a new email with a fresh attachment. (Rate limit: 5 export emails per 10 minutes.)

Contact support with: your account email, the time you started the export, and how many rows you selected.
